1.1 "Holiday4.com" the Website, "H4" and "Holiday4" are part of the Travel-Ticket Directory and refers to the owners, partners, management and employees of Holiday4.com, whose principal office is at 10 Wychwood Park, Weston, Cheshire, CW2 5GP;
1.2 "User" and "You" means any person who visits or uses the Website at www.holiday4.com

4.8 City & Resort Information Guides. By its very nature, much of the information on the Holiday4 website including the City, Resort and Country Information Guides is subject to change at short notice. It is your responsibility to verify (direct with relevant authorities) any travel guide information on which you are relying. Relevant authorities may include (but are not limited to) the official Tourist Board or Visitor information centres of the city, resort or country you intend to visit, or alternatively direct with your travel ticket provider with whom you intend to enter into an agreement with. Holiday4 will not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of information contained within the website, including the Travel Information Guide section. Therefore, this information must not be relied on to assist in making or refraining from making a decision, or to assist in deciding on a course of action.
4.9 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holiday4 expressly excludes all representations, warranties, obligations and liabilities in connection with the Website or other third party websites, and the information provided therein.

Such third party websites are not the responsibility of Holiday4 and Holiday4 accepts no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party websites and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any amendments as by continuing to use the Website after such alteration, you will be deemed to have accepted any amendment to these Terms.
8.2 These Terms shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
